Randy Korgan Launches I’m In Campaign

Dear Teamsters Local 1932 Members,

Today, I’m reaching out to you with urgency and purpose. As your Secretary-Treasurer, I have seen firsthand the growing wave of corporate greed and political attacks threatening working people and our right to organize. That’s why we’re launching the “I’m In” Campaign—a campaign built on unity, education, and action.

The “I’m In” Campaign is about one thing: preparing our union family for the fight ahead.

Corporate America has declared a war on working people. From union-busting tactics to anti-worker legislation, their goal is clear—to weaken unions, silence our voices, and strip us of the power we’ve built together. We cannot and will not let that happen.

Through this campaign, we will:

Educate our members about the attacks we’re facing and the forces behind them.
Inform you of your rights and the power of collective action.
Prepare every member to stand united, mobilize, and defend our union values.

Let this be a defining moment for Teamsters Local 1932. We are not just reacting—we are organizing, building, and fighting back. When we say “I’m In,” we are pledging to stand shoulder to shoulder in the face of adversity.

I invite every member—every steward, every worker, every leader—to say “I’m In.” Because when we fight together, we win together.
